Velamakucha Venkata Ramana Reddy, known professionally as Dil Raju, was born on 18 December 1970 in Nizamabad, Telangana. He is a prominent Indian film producer and distributor who heads the production company Sri Venkateswara Creations. Raju started his career in film distribution in the 1990s before transitioning to production with the blockbuster film Dil (2003), which gave him his moniker. He has produced numerous massive hits including Arya, Bommarillu, Maharshi, and F2. Raju has won two National Film Awards and currently serves as the Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation.
