Medha Shankr: Overview

Medha Shankr, born July 31, 1997, skyrocketed to fame with her critically acclaimed portrayal of Shraddha Joshi in 12th Fail (2023), earning Filmfare Critics Award, Screen Award, and widespread praise for authentic emotional depth. A chemistry graduate from Miranda House, Delhi University, she began acting with web series Physics Wallah and AltBalaji’s Mr. Miss Mrs. 2.0. East Delhi-raised Medha trained in Odissi dance since childhood and briefly pursued a research career before cinema.
